
Registrations start in January - Register early! As long as there is space, we will accept applications.
Each camper will receive a jersey. Don’t forget to choose your size on the application form.
Special Rates for Parents staying in town for camp checkout Service Plus Inn & Suites Grande Prairie ask for HMIGP rates.
Please make cheques payable to: Hockey Ministries International. All cheques must be dated minimum of 1 month prior to camp start date. Post-dated cheques will not guarantee a spot or qualify the camper to receive an early registration hat. Portions of camp payment may be tax deductible.
Sponsorship is available for campers in certain situations. We request that campers with financial needs send in a deposit for camp and a letter indicating their unique financial situation. Sponsorship will then be discussed and given depending on the funds available and amount of requests received for any given camp.
Please Note – if you choose to pay by credit card payments must be for the full amount. Visa and Mastercard only.
**All payments must be made prior to arrival at camp**
In the event of cancellation, a $70.00 cancellation fee will be withheld.
Parents are responsible to drop off their children at camp and pick them up within the designated times. Exact time will be mailed out in the information package that is sent to each camper four weeks prior to camp.
